Rapper Gazzy Garcia, known professionally as Lil Pump, has returned home to Miami, where he just purchased a waterfront home for $4.6 million.

Originally listed for $4.89 million with Luis Dominguez and Karl Hueck of Douglas Elliman, the 5,100-square-foot home with spectacular Biscayne Bay views is an ideal party pad. The 18-year-old rapper will enjoy entertaining his crew on a spacious third-floor rooftop terrace with a gorgeous living wall, smart grass, and sunset views.

Located in a luxury development on Normandy Island and built by LF Development, the slick home has five bedrooms and seven baths with luxe finishes throughout. LF Development has become popular with Miami’s baller crowd, and is the company behind the Miami Beach property sold to NBA star Hassan Whiteside.

The home also offers top-of-the-line Italian designer touches.

“The kitchen features custom African wood with Italian design,” says Dominguez. There’s also a concealed pantry, which should come in handy for storing all types of comestibles and dry goods.

The floating cupboards over the kitchen window certainly caught our eye, as did the Smeg appliances. We’re also in love with the gorgeous Italian marble flooring in the great room.

“The minimalistic architecture of this home contrasted by the Rex Alabastri–designed tiles caught the eye of everyone who set foot through the door,” Dominguez says.

Most bedrooms offer bay views, and even the bathrooms provide floor-to-ceiling vistas, with electronically operated shades.

However, Garcia and his crew may not spend much time indoors, thanks to the outdoor entertainment options. There’s a heated pool and spa with automated LED lighting, custom ipe wood decking, synthetic grass, and that fabulous party deck on the top level.

Should he want to venture out on the high seas, there’s a private boat dock at his disposal.

The generously inked Garcia crashed the rap scene in 2017 with the release of his single “Gucci Gang,” which has been streamed over a half-billion times on Spotify. This year, he’s back with his latest album, “Harverd Dropout,” featuring the hit single “I Love It.”
